First time at LandShark and WOW! The space is beautiful and all of the staff was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. My... server, Dylan, was the best! He was quick to acknowledge I was seated and took my drink order immediately and answered all of myquestions efficiently. He gave me information about MargaritaVille and the hotel and even advised me that I could get a day passfor the pool on the deck! He was super attentive and brought my drink out so fast so I was able to sip while I decided on mymeal. I opted for the seafood platter after Dylan recommended it and It was amazing!! The coconut shrimp was my favorite. Thefrozen margs are top notch! I was seated near the bar so I had a great view of the city through the floor to ceiling windows. Itwas a great solo date and Dylan and the rest of the staff definitely made a lasting impression! If you have to be in Times Square has a nice open air bar and pool area. Service was nice, food was pretty bad. Fish tacos had... no flavor, spinach artichoke dip was bad, and pita and hummus was bad. Several people got the jerk chicken wraps which theysaid were good. Read more
If you have a reason (or license) to chill, this is your spot! So welcoming, so relaxing, so friendly! Drinks are delicious. The... manager, Carlton will make sure you have on the TV whatever you're interested in viewing! 5 star and if I could give more, Iwould. What I can say is I visited this establishment on 10/08 and I'm reviewing today 10/25. I did not feel as welcomed as I did upon... entering the location Margaritaville had too long of a wait and the hostess recommended Land shark. It was quiet and calm. There was outside seating and a view of a beautiful pool. The food was not what I expected my husband loved the chicken tenders(pictured) the burger (pictured)was dry and they were stingy with the ketchup the waiter handed us an empty bottle and walkedaway I ordered a drink and it came in the smallest cup. Since it was so empty I have no idea why it was so hard to locate ourwaiter for simple things like a refill, napkins and ketchup overall the place is awesome to look at and the fish tacos(pictured) were flavorful. I will go again to check out margaritaville but I will not go back to Landshark. Read more
The place is clean and have an interesting view. Beer is expensive for the cup size that they give, cocktails are normal. We... request lobster roll and it taste like imitation lobster. We don’t eat it. There’s a better place for roll lobsters withreal lobsters down the bñock and they charge you less. We also request fried fish with fries and for the price I think issmall, but well it’s time square. The service was good, friendly staff and live music that is nice. My experience here was fantastic! Started off with the fried pickles which were served with a homemade ranch. They were... perfectly crispy on the outside and tangy on the inside. I also got a Caesar salad with shrimp. The salad was amazing, thedressing was homemade as well. The grilled shrimp were also seasoned to perfection. We were so glad to come across Margaritaville in Times Square. Go up to the 6th floor and you’ll discover LandShark Grill! The... atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. We experienced exceptional service starting with the hostessand our very attentive and sweet server, Kevin. Since I couldn’t decide what to order Kevin gave me great recommendations forfood and drinks. He did not disappoint! My son loved his popcorn shrimp and I enjoyed every bite of the Caribbean Burger. Thewatermelon margarita was definitely what I needed to cool off. Next time we visit NYC, we will definitely return to LandSharkGrill. Read more
In Timessquare for vacation. Ate here as we love Margaritaville restaurants! Land shark is the more casual pool area fare. ... Food did not disappoint. We had Rum runners and they did not skimp on the rum!! YUM! Prices are more than reasonable for atourist area resort. Our waitress was awesome, shout out to Rebecca. Can’t miss her, she is the red head. Had a great time! The view was cool too. Would recommend! Read more
