Pizza is outstanding! Service not so much. But go with the mindset of the pizza being worth it, and you’ll be golden. And the... weirdest and creepiest location. And you have to wait for table in this tiny tiny hallway. So suck in people! I think theservice would have been better if they just had more employees. Seemed like there was just two waitresses running the wholeshow. Felt so bad for them! And they both seemed beyond annoyed. But seriously the best pizza we’ve had! Decided to stop by here due to the great review from Barstool/One Bite guy. I ordered the penne a la vodka, and I got a half... pie. The food was pretty good not the best I have had. I still do recommend eating here. The pizza sauce was a bit too sweet formy liking but it was a square think crispy and saucy pizza. The penne was also tasty. Was a little disappointed that they didnot offer any house/complimentary bread. but nice atmosphere quiet and intimate. 4.5 stars Read more
Very thin crispy cracker crust with high walls. Reminds me of roller rink pizza, nostalgic Ina. Good way. Good cheese, and great... pepperoni that's cut into slivers. If hungry can eat about a half pie (3 slices). Read more
A true hidden gem. As seen on One Bite Pizza reviews, we had to give it a try. The vibe of the restaurant reminded me of where... an old mafia family would come to eat, I LOVED IT. As for the food, it was delicious. We ordered 7 pizzas for 10 people, andfinished ALL of them! The sauce on the pizza is super unique, sort of sweet? It was great. Definitely recommend! Read more
This place is highly rated for their pizza and it deserves that rating. Best sit-down slice I've had in NYC. This would not be... my usual type of pizza offhand, but turns out my usual must be wrong. Decent spot if you are close and want to grab a quick bite. Pizza is different. Went there not knowing what to expect. Plain is... good. Margarita was not good at all. Margarita slice had little to no flavor in the cheese. Sauce and crust was its onlyflavor. Regular side was good. Crust is superb, although there is not a lot of it. Sauce is very good. Cheese is fresh. Again,different than any pizza I've had and not what I was expecting from a NYC Pizza joint. 7.8 on the regular. 4.3 on themargarita. Read more
Probably the best pizza crust I have ever had… it had the perfect amount of crunch. A little more than I am used to paying for... pizza but it is NYC! Definitely worth it. I highly recommend the margarita pizza. I also had a side salad and rice ball, thesalad dressing was phenomenal, perfect amount of herbs and spices. The rice ball had great flavor but there was not enough meat,cheese etc. .it was mostly just rice. It was also a bit over cooked. I would give it another try next time I am in the city. Read more
I can't believe I only just found this place... it's literally a true hidden gem in midtown manhattan. I passed by and noticed a... sign saying barstool rated 9.3... so I had to try it. It's a 10!!!!!! The pizza is so thin and delicious. The sauce is justperfect.. not salty and very clean. Just the right amount of cheese. Love the side salad and the chicken tenders too.
