Came in today 9/12 approx 12:50pm was standing by sandwich makers for about 5 minutes. Asked guy making sandwich if he was the... only one because no one said anything to me. He ignored me. Had to get right up on him and raise my voice. He looked up saidsomething inaudible then continued making the sandwich. I went up and asked again louder. He finally looked up and said youdon?t order here you order at register. After standing there for so long I felt dumb. I responded and asked how was I supposedto know that I don?t see any signs. So I walked out hungry as idk what. I really wanted to order but I refuse to pay top dollarto people who seem like they don?t want or care about my business. Read more

The Lenwich burger was dry and overcooked patty. I will not buy this burger again disappointed. I lovec Lenwich sandwiches... and salads that's why I gave 3 stars. Read more
I got black hair into my salad, I complained about it and they sent my Money back. Those guys who work with food should wesr... hairnet . The hat they are wearing Obviously Does not help... Read more
We had the Lenwich which has corned beef AND hot pastrami, and the combination with the default ingredients was super delicious!... You can have a variety of bread options including bagels and wraps. The packaging was also one of the best we have seen, so wellwrapped, each lenwich had its own identifier receipt and hand sanitizer. Definitely impressed. They had a BOGO deal on UberEats, 2 lenwiches for ~$13 it was a stellar deal! Read more
This restaurant is the epitome of why customer service is important. The employees serving me were so disorganized and distant.... They had horrible communication skills with me and, it seems, each other. At some point they basically lost my order and justforgot about me and my sandwich. They were not rude but yea - ugh. The 2 stars are for the sandwich. I had a fried egg, sausageand American cheese on a bun. It was gooooood. Read more
Very delicious Cuban sandwich called the Havana. Quick preparation. Filling. Great value for $12+.
Delicious sandwich but it's a little pricey and it's filled with screaming NYU kids. Good place to order it and take it... elsewhere. Read more
