Les Trois Chevaux offers a wonderful dining experience. Everything from the warm welcoming to the beautifully decorated space... is special on very many different levels. The menu is diverse and includes a large variety of dishes, both meat and fish, thatare both delicious and professionally served. The restaurant is small, with just seven tables or so and an attractive bar thatadds to the number of diners. This is a very special place, and perfect for a memorable meal in a romantic setting. WOW AMAZING les trois chevaux! Such a beautiful experience. It was three course pre fixe menu and I had abalone and truffle... turbot. Please try abalone here.. I am in love with layer of the flavor and texture. Turbot was amazing and the cocktail is sogood!! I was going to have one and end it up getting another one. Can we talk for a minute? Please keep reading because I need to tell you about the life-altering meal I had here. I mean, I will... try but honestly words do not exist to sufficiently describe the magic that is Les Trois Cheveaux. If you?re looking for adining experience that will sweep you off your feet, look no further. Seriously, you probably shouldn?t come here with yoursignificant other unless you?re okay with them watching you meet the new love of your life, the abalone. I?m not talking aboutjust enjoying food I?m talking about being seduced and falling head over heels hard in love. I really don?t know how else todescribe it. I started with the abalone and I swear I saw god. Just when I thought this meal couldn?t get any better I sharedthe pheasant for two with my friend and the consommé made me forget my name. Every dish here is like a woven tapestry of flavorand experience. The robust notes of that tapestry unfold across your palette and it?s like each thread has its own story totell. This all comes together in an immaculate and beautifully designed space with the most incredible and attentive staff.Listen, you will catch feelings. This is a 5* place that almost gets there. There's some cookery that absolutely hits the heights, the guinea fowl for example is... as classic French as de Gaulle's nose, and executed as thoroughly as marie Antoinette (yeah, ok, poor double entendre...what canI say but excuse moi). The misses are mostly human. The fingernails of the host, the convenient amnesia when we order a dishthat's sold out, or the amuse that never show. It's the old "maybe they won't ask" school of service that works OK in a diner,not at all in a fine dine(r). The turbot isn't as promised (from an 8lb large fish), and the dish itself is confusing, withoutbeing problematic. But again at this level, small things count. There's more on both sides of the ledger, but the fact is, wehad a really good experience. The room is a delight, and the meal, sorry, I mean experience (why oh why have we stopped talkingabout meals?) is genuinely very good. Read more
