Hungry and undecided on what to eat. while on a quick break at work. Walked pass and noticed the resturant on the way to another... resturant stopped in. The staff was friendly and explained each food item. The young man that served me suggested a few popularsellers. I had the pork bowl. Every item was delicious on its own. The Brussel sprout slaw and the Beet humus was my favorite. I will stop by again. Read more

Fair, at best. All the veggies weren't grilled, they were burned. Bowls are small for the price. My salmon was overcooked as... well. Staff is not attentive to the customer at all. Not a good experience, I'm sorry to say. Read more

They were not kidding about the sauce being spicy, so beware the SPICY chipotle aioli! Otherwise, the food is decent. All of it... is healthy, fresh, and wholesome. However, the food lacks salt and I don't recommend the beat falafel. Read more

We are out-of-towners and a relative recommended The Little Beet on 40th Street. We were there for dinner. 2 of us had custom... salads and were KNOCKED OUT by the unusual veggie combinations (sesame seed avocado, roasted beet/lentils...) as well as thefreshness and taste. Place was clean and the guy behind the counter, the manager (I think it was Jules) was so helpful inanswering our (many) questions and helping us navigate the process. We were planning to go back but, alas, they're not openweekends. :( We highly recommend the place. Read more

Ordered takeout via Seamless from here one evening, about half an hour before they closed. This was a mistake. I went with the... 'make your own' and did half basmati rice/half field greens with charred broccoli, roasted rainbow carrots, roasted chicken, andbeet falafel. Shortly after I placed my order, they called to say they ran out of the beet falafel. Fine. I ask them to justdeduct the extra amount I paid for the beet falafel and they said okay. Two minutes later, they call back and said that theycan't offer a refund and I would have to call Seamless to do it. Sounds like a lie but ok, fine. I'm not going to go through allthat trouble so I just pick a different protein that they do have, which was sweet and spicy tofu. The order arrives on time buteverything is kind of just cold and soggy. The chicken was dry, and all the veggies tasted like they've been under a heat lampall day. The only thing that was actually good was the basmati rice, since it's flavored with some herbs. They give largeportions but it was probably because they were closing and were trying to get rid of things anyway. Plus, it doesn't matter howbig the portions are if the food isn't good. My fiance created his own bowl too, but with salmon, which was also dry AF. Somesauce would surely have helped, which we ordered several sides of, but they forgot to throw it in the bag. I'm still interestedin trying the beet falafel, but I wouldn't ever order takeout again...it would have to be dine-in, but I would not go out of myway to come here for that. This is what I get for trying to be healthy. Read more
