I ordered a plain cheese pizza. I noticed the receipt said pepperoni and I asked the cashier to make sure she didn?t... accidentally put some on. She said no and then went in the back to ask the chefs to make sure they knew. After a half hour ofwaiting and people who ordered the same thing after me getting their food first I asked if there was a problem. Then she turnedaround to see the pizza I ordered was behind her the whole time. When I checked it there was pepperoni on it. I told her I wasvegetarian and if I ate it I would get sick and she started screaming at me and blaming it on the chefs for HER mistake. Finallythey got my order right. Not worth the terrible service. The only other times I?ve been here they?re always talking in the backinstead of taking orders and THEN waiting until the pizza is in the oven to talk. You literally get free time when you?rewaiting on the food. Just take the order first. Read more
The food here has been fine. However, the woman behind the counter was rude. She was doing her best to ignore me, and it seemed... like she had a problem with me. She was quick to help other customers so I don't get it, but she had a ton of nonverbal attitudeand gave me bad looks. I had to walk back from my dorm to get my order right (should have checked). It's always very busy but they always have my order ready and made nicely. I just wish they had more options to order vegetarian... on the website/mobile app. Read more
Ordered food and store claimed the food left and was out for delivery meanwhile the Delivery place (Door Dash) was sending... random texts on different drivers canceling pick up! Dinner on me and my card dispute!!! Read more
7/29/22: My brother ordered food and he never received his food. When he called the store a lady answered the phone. While he... was trying to explain the situation. My brother asked her for the supervisor and she hung up the phone. This is poor customerservice. On top of this, the app kept saying various drivers were picking up the food that never arrived. This store shouldclose down, since you do not want to assist customers and have them pay for food that never arrived. This is a ???? shame¿¡ Just sad. If you do not want to work, then quit. I am not sure why I?m reading complaints. If you don?t like little Caesars then go make your own pizza. I traveled all the way... here from Texas just to get my hands on some delicious pizza and I was not disappointed. Don?t buy from here unless you want to end up in the hospital. There was glass in the pizza. Luckily it was not ingested! I... tried to reach out to corporate but they don?t reply, which makes me assume they approve of having glass toppings on theirpizza. Read more
