Love it yummy This is the casual no reservation needed side of the Boathouse. We could not get a table at the boathouse so we... did the walk up windows here. The food was great. Had the everything bagel with cream chees and lox. I do not know who didthe lox but a big thank you. They had to have included at least a half a pound of lox. It was incredible. The carrot gingerbisque was as good as any uppity Resturant. It was a must have. The burger was OK, but i would go with the bagel if I had thechoice. Again I cannot say enough good things about that soup. I'm thinking of going again just for the soup of the day!!!! Check out all of our reviews. The cafe is a good alternative to the lovely restaurant if you just want to grab some food without investing a lot of time and... money. They have salads, sandwiches, cake and other small snacks (also vegetarian options). The atmosphere is a bit busy. Read more
The service was decent, food prices pretty good considering what you get. Drink prices are rather high. My only criticism is the... menu. When you are in line there is a menu sign so you can consider your options before orderin. That sign isn't accurate sowhen you get to the counter to order there are different options. The outdoor café is casual and very affordable. They do an excellent Chili. It is kids friendly. We love the indoor court yard.
Excellent place for lunch. Lots of tables and chairs for use. Fish sandwich is especially good.
