Peter and the entire staff at Love Mama are the best. The food is also damn good! The fusion of Thai, Vietnamese, and Malaysian... cuisine under one roof is so unique. The pad Thai comes out blistering out and everything is fresh. We’ve been coming here foryears and plan to come every time we visit the city. FYI, this review is of their Vietnamese shrimp summer roll and Bo Luc Lac entree. their other dishes may be great, thus the high... rating. but could not understand that high rating when they mess up the most basic dishes in the cuisine. just look at thatsummer roll -- scandalously missing the mint and the greens; it's all vermicelli! and that Bo Luc Lac! i should have moved thelettuce to show the puddle of "sauce" underneath. it's just random chunks of meat (no trace of being sizzled) with some randomwatery paste slapped on it. no hint of sizzling butter or cilantro. i tried this place for the high rating it got. thought ishould submit this to prepare hungry cravings expecting the usual and find this very unusual result. Went here with a couple friends and was super unfamiliar with the menu. Copied my friends order and it was amazing! The chicken... was amazingly tender and the sauce and noodles were perfect and filling for a great price! Peter served us and was superwelcoming and friendly to us and our dog! I promised I would leave a review because of how good the service was, which I neverdo, and I’m a week late but would highly recommend Lovemama to anyone for a date, dinner for yourself, or a place to grab abite with a friend. This Asian Fusion establishment serves a mix of Vietnamese, Malaysian, and Thai cuisine. I am Vietnamese, and pho is my main... comfort food. I have already ordered from this place multiple times, and their Thai iced tea, appetizers, and pho neverdisappoint. Their pho is very delicious and it hits very close to home, and it definitely satisfied my cravings. The prices arealso very fair for Manhattan/EV. Will definitely come back! Read more

Meal of a lifetime. We are major foodies and spent a week in New York dinning all around. This meal was the best of the BEST.... Peter, the owner, basically ordered for us…it was unbelievable.
