Maestro Pasta really is a perfect 10. The pasta here is what all other Italian restaurants should be striving to be. It has a... delicious flavorful richness, is fresh, and has just the right consistency. The atmosphere here is both high class andchill--good for all occasions. If you're new to NYC or a local looking for something new, Maestro is a must. I'll definitely beback. Read more

If you're a fresh made pasta lover, this is THE spot. Love it! They stay true to serving size (not american serving size ????)... the place is clean and chic. Must try! Read more

It was cool. They have a good sized dining room, where you can watch the pasta being made. They make them in little sheets, like... egg roll wrappers. It’s Chipotle-style ordering, so you pick your noodles, then sauce, then veggies or meat. I wasn’t blownaway by the flavor or anything (a la Chipotle) but I do think the overall experience was nice. Very good Italian pasta right where you’d least expect it! FiDi needed one of this! I missed homemade egg pasta and this... place just gets you back to Italy from the moment you enter to the moment you finish your last bite. The servers are mostlyItalian and it was a great surprise for me. Italian owned and run. What more can you ask for! Such a warm service and reallynice location! Definitely coming back! Recommended to anyone who wants a quick real pasta! Read more

It is a very nice looking store in the downtown. The overall setup of the store was really attractive and here you can see their... whole pasta making process I must say this is the most freshly made pasta I have had in New York City. Plus their option tomake your own pasta was a really nice touch. I took the Mushroom and Alfredo pasta. To he honest I didn’t like the taste ofit much. The pasta was a but undercooked and dry. Also I took chicken as a side but it really wasn’t worth it. I didn’t likethe taste of the chicken. Comparing to downtown the place is not that expensive but comparing to other restaurants in Midtown, the place is a bit overpriced given the food is served. Not sure about the other pastas, but the one I took didn’t go with myfood palate. Read more
