Get the pistachio croissant. Goodness gracious that is extremely delicious and texturally enjoyable. The pistachio cream filling... with ground pistachios on top of the pastry is so pleasantly satisfying. Their cold brew was also smooth, bright and flavorful.The perfect pairing with the croissant. Visited with a friend for the first time. I loved this place. The outdoor seating, the array of pastries, the quality of foods... and coffee. Vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options. The carrot soup was full of flavor and smooth. The pistachio chocolatecroissant was amazzzzzing!! A little bit of a noisy and high traffic area. Very lively. Read more
Great spot for brunch. I love all the pasties and entrees. I would recommend getting a few pastries for the table to share and... an entree. I enjoyed the truffle croque ?Maman? and the elderflower matcha latte. I usually try the season pastries and theyhave all been delicious! Read more
One of my favorite cafes in NYC. Scrumptious nutty chocolate chip cookie, and matcha latte had a strong matcha flavor. Their... butterfly pea flower latte is one of the seasonal drinks and very tasty. Pistachio loaf cake is super thick cut and delicious aswell. The beef sandwich on ciabatta is great. All around an amazing spot to sit and chill. Read more
Vibe and atmosphere was great. Service staff were really friendly. However the food was average. Croissant was not as crispy and... airy as I would have liked it to be. Burger was decent. Chocolate chip cookie was perfect though. It was crispy on the outside,soft in the inside and the perfect amount of sweetness. FYI it also had some nuts in it (in case someone has an allergy). Drinkswere watered down in my opinion. We had the london fog latte and honey lavender latte. Both lacked flavor. Read more
DO NOT ORDER AN ESPRESSO HERE I ordered an espresso, and it was extremely sour, so I asked the staff for another one. At first,... I thought the barista was just new to the job, but the second one was just as sour and rancid. I downed it with two sugars, butmy friend who also had an espresso got an upset stomach a few hours after. If it weren?t for the espressos, I would have giventhis place 5 stars. The food, although a bit expensive, is well balanced in terms of taste and amount. Definitely worth diningin because of the aesthetic. Read more
Came in at 8:30am on Sunday which is right when the nutty chocolate chip cookies came out of the oven. The cookie was pretty... good. Not too sweet and the nuts added some good texture. I definitely still prefer the Levain chocolate chip walnut cookie butdefinitely worth the try. Read more
