The food van itself is great. Food is obviously great and they've never gotten my order wrong. Highly Recommend.

Food was inedible and COLD. I paid $19 for a knock off Taco Bell crunch wrap supreme. Steak was tough like leather the tortilla... was stuck to the wax paper making it inedible. This place should be ashamed. Read more

Sadly disappointed. I ordered the Cali with carne asada & spicy Doritos. The meat was off some were chewy and tuff but the... flavor was good at least, then the tortilla wasn't toasted it was cracked and dry. It didn't even close also the chips tastedstale. My husband ordered the Cow girl and the ingredients displayed on the menu was not in the borrito. Fried Oreo cookieswas the only thing we were able to enjoy. Perhaps it was an off day for the staff idk but I spent $50 and I honestly feel rippedoff. Read more

Man vs Fries is a pop-up / ghost kitchen chain that?s opened across many different cities across America. the ghost kitchen that... i ended up ordering from is located in the Lower East Side. Man vs Fries menu can ONLY be ordered via food apps like GrubHub,DoorDash, and UberEats for delivery or pickup as there is no actual brick and mortar restaurant that you sit down at. the menuoffers up a bunch of different comfort food choices from over-the-top fries, nachos, burritos, toastadas, and some sweet biteslike fried cheesecake. most main dishes cost between $15 - $19 and desserts run ~$10. in terms of fries, basically you have achoice between curly and straight French fries, choose your protein, and then choose NoCal or SoCal style. i ordered SoCal Asadacurly fries with carne asada. i used UberEats bc i had a credit to use. not sure what the difference between NoCal and SoCalfries as the menu doesn?t really explain it. any, you get a fairly big serving of fries topped with cheese, sour cream, guac, cilantro, grilled onions and jalapeños, and a ?secret sauce.? the serving can be shared between 2-3 people easily. however thecost of the fries is $16.95 + tax + service fee + delivery fee + tip. expect the total on the fries to be $25 - $27. how didthey taste? okay. on the plus side, the fries did maintain their crunch. honestly i would have enjoyed the fries way more IF thecarne asada (steak) was not so salty. the steak tasted like it was rolled in table salt after grilling before chopping it upinto the fries. the meat being so over-seasoned made it hard to eat the fries without taking a palate refresher bc the saltinesssoaked its way into everything. the fries that did not get over salted tasted pretty good as the cheese sauce, guac, jalapeñosand everything else came together really nicely. not sure if this was a one time mistake OR if all food on the menu is supersalty. the food is meant to be over-the-top in terms of ingredients and calories but this food Read more
