If your money is funny (not having as much as usual). If you must get some fast food as they call it. McDonald's is the place to... go. It's hard for me to be fair in rating this restaurant. Why, because some of these places are like a madhouse and others aremad cool. Anyway, the one I just ate at is in Washington Heights 156st and Broadway (Manhattan). The place is usually jampacked. Even though many times its standing room only. The workers behind the counter are on the ball. They take your order andget it to you pretty quick considering they have a constant flow of customers. Also, if are computer savvy you can order bycomputer. You will see the machines to order as you come in. The food is okay. Nothing to write home about. I gave this place 3stars for the hard work of the employees. I hope they are properly paid for the hard work they do. Read more
Horrible. They just dropped food on the floor, looked around and put it back on the counter and then served it to... customers. You try to ask a question but everyone?s playing and laughing in the back. No customer service, orders are almostalways wrong! Stay away! Read more
I had a terrible experience at this location. I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:48AM to which I rushed to the McDonald's... to get made because of the app's location services making it that they cannot start making an order until you are at saidlocation (in my case 3809 Broadway). At arrival I noticed that it was 10:59 AM so I rushed to the app to let the order be madebut it wasn't allowing me since it had just hit 11AM. Since I was already there I told the person on the register about theissue with the McDonald's app and if it was possible that my order could still be made seeing that I initially placed my orderat 10:48AM. To which the manager shouted back with an aggressive tone "NO MORE BREAKFAST!".To my disbelief I stood thereconfused that as a paying customer I would be treated with such disrespect. Especially over a technical issue that could've beensolved easily. That being said, after this incident I do not plan on spending my money here anymore and would encourage othersto stay away from this location. Worst McDonald's I've ever been! Very very dirty. Bad food. Restaurants like this ruin the reputation of McDonald's.
Friendly staff but slow service. I generally go there at night after 8:00 PM. So it could be an issue with the night shift. They... really need to speed it up during the evening. Read more
Got 2 Quarterpounders that were raw (see pics). Walked back with receipt for recompense. They took the bad sandwiches, yelled... amongst themselves, and gave me new ones. Never said a word to me or looked me in eye and nothing approaching an apology. Nooffer to offset or make my experience better. This location has been bad for a while but this is last straw. If you want to actually get the right food DONT order from this McDonald?s not using seamless or anything !! They never get any... orders right ! And always forgetting food . Tonight I ordered the Saweetie Meal and all o for was a Big Mac Meal !! No nuggetsand no Sauce !!! I?m beyond disappointed with his place and their service !! Don?t Give them any of your money trust me you willbe more satisfied eating elsewhere !! Good for fast food take out. Not a good place to stay to eat your food, due too many homeless hanging inside.????????
