Ordered a large milkshake as the kiosk said it was available. The cashier who could not communicate in English is trying to say... that they don?t have shakes but they can offer a soft drink (which doesn?t equate in value) I asked for a refund and shebasically said there?s nothing they can do. The ?manager on duty? who seemed like a crew worker with a honorary ?manager? title,didn?t even have credentials to do refunds nor did he speak English. The only way they could refund is waiting for the open thedrawer on another cash sale. They got the drawer open a few minutes later but only gave back $3 when this shake is almost $5.Never going here ever again!!! Just hope The homeless were sleeping ON the front tables by the front windows. Read more

Saw a lot of bad reviews for this location, so I thought I?d chime in. Came in around 4am before catching the bus to LGA... airport. Food was super quick and fresh. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Can?t ask for more than that I guess. A lot of reviewscomplained about there being a lot of homeless people bothering them, but I personally didn?t encounter any while I was there.Whether it?s different depending on the time of day, not too sure. This McDonalds should be shut down. I know multiple people who have had issues with this location after 12a. Tonight I was... patiently waiting for my order while I watched so many other patrons who had been waiting way too long for their food. It hadbeen about 20 minutes that I had been waiting for my food while two employees shuffled slowly behind the counter and then aperson next to me said how long have you been waiting. I said I think about 20 minutes. And then I heard one of the employeesyell at me you havent been waiting for 20 minutes. They handed me my food a few minutes later, and I have the screenshots andreceipts that prove it was over 20 minutes from when I placed my order to when I received my food. I used to have empathy forthe employees that worked here because they were clearly under staffed and over worked. But the audacity to tell me I had notwaited over 20 minutes for fast food when I had been waiting there with people who had been waiting there far longer than me..itjust says a lot. I know more than one person who had complained to corporate about this location, and I previously wouldvedefended its employees. But after someone told me from behind the counter that I hadnt in fact waited over 20 minutes for someof the worst quality McDonalds food Ive ever had, Im convinced this location should be shuttered. You are not listening tocustomer feedback who have complained about this location for more than a year. So you should save the money on the expensiveNYC lease and close this location. Read more
No bathrooms. Employees are always on phones. To many doormen in front of the business. Can't hardly walk in. And they should... have a register open for older people and people that do not know how to deal with the self order service machines. Buteverything is fresh and hot. Read more
I ordered a BTS meal and 2 pies: 1. I did not get special BTS packaging 2. They messed up both of the pies I ordered. I ordered... a guava and creme pie and a apple strawberry creme put but instead I just got a regular Apple pie and a strawberry creme pie.The value of the pies I got were less than the ones I paid. 3. No ketchup for my fries or any napkins. I'm extremely unsatisfiedwith the service. Read more
