Food order is always bizarrely wrong (see included pictures), the self service machines never print receipts so you have no idea... what your number is and then you can't get a refund or anything because you have no way of providing what you bought, the placeis filled with 'youths' who did't even order food, and there's homeless people outside the door smoking weed. Surprisingly, food was good (hot and as fresh as one could expect for fast food). Dining room was clean and staff seemingly... efficient. Keep in mind I visited on a Sunday evening. I'd recommend. Read more
This McDonalds is filthy. There was Flys ???? all in the dining area, tables were dirty. The garbage was filled to the rim to... the point, you couldn't even throw your garbage in the garbage can. I ordered two milk shakes and it took almost 20 minutes toget them. There was literally at least 10 workers behind the counter so I couldn't understand what the hold up was. The Managerwas walking around with a head scarf on. People came in after me and received there order before me. I ordered from thecomputer so I had to wait it out. I truly wanted to cancel my order. Service is super slow. I just wanted a sundae, and waited for it patiently because I know it was a dinner rush. The worker said,... she has been calling my number, which was not true because I was in the front waiting for it the entire time. I saw threesundaes/mcflurry waiting when I came in. This worker was about to give me a stale sundae. I get that it might just be a long dayat work or they are offered minimum wage, but it is not an excuse for bad customer service and sabotaging food quality. Read more
My order was missing. My app was showing food was collected. But didn?t collect my food. I was trying to talk to one of the... women employee. Typical McDonalds. No issues or complaints. Its always busy they have it where you can ordered through a kiosk which makes it... much easier. They make better and thicker milkshakes for a Mc Donalds on the UES. This McDonalds is located at 1281 1st StreetNew York City Read more
