This place is horrible. Employees always get the orders wrong, the manager doesn?t really care about getting orders done. I... ordered 2 double cheese burgers without pickles and I got reg cheeseburgers. Told the manager the mess up and she said okay,went the back and then proceeded to act like my order meant nothing. I waited half an hour for these 2 burgers while my 6 yearold daughter had to sit by herself the entire time because our bags were sitting on the table. The manager acts like peopledon?t mean anything to her, staff is lazy, and honestly you guys need to get a better manager who ACTUALLY cares about theircustomers, because I am BEYOND disgusted with the service I just received. When I come to this location I usually order on my phone and take it home to eat. While the food and service was fine, the... people that loiter around the establishment make me feel in danger. The last time I was there a woman(presumably a drug addict)dragged a large chain out the doors and chased someone down the street. When she came back she was mumbling something aboutdrugs. I kept my nose down and left as soon as my order was called. Now I understand the reviews talking about the placecrawling with addicts. I doubt I will be returning anytime soon and I certainly won't be dining there in the foreseeable future. Read more

I went in for breakfast. There were about 6 people there. I know some were employees, I believe 1 was a security guard, and it... seemed like maybe 1 or 2 customers. Everyone was just socializing with each other. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for a whileand my order was taken without any real consideration. Read more
A well run store with no one dining in so it is pretty quiet (the upstairs is closed). Security is there keeping the peace.
The food, they didn't gave me a meat with my BigMac. They only gave me one meat and 3 breads. Then, my friend didn't got the toy... in his BigMac. Lastly, when I was ordering the person who took the order made me a face. However, the atmosphere is nice, verychill place. Read more
