The ordering machine was broken, so we had to pay/reorder with the cashier. Ended up somehow paying a higher price for the same... order and in the end, got the wrong food. The order also took a while to grt ready, but ai imagine it's because it was a bitlater in the night. Overall, not a bad experience since staff was friendly. Read more

The only reason their even get 2 stars is the food it?s mickie D?s you know, but this particular location is just terrible. I... walk in I order the new quarter pounder I?ve been seeing on TV, as soon as I said what I wanted she just left the register andwent to the back(I have no idea what they were discussing)as I?m at the register a few of the employees ask if I was beinghelped. I explain to them she just left I waiting about 4 minutes she cane back, her and another associate started to bickerbecause she left a customer online. So I told her I wanted the new quarter pounder meal without onions, as soon as I paid forit, it just so happen to be ready. So I asked are you sure that?s mine she assured me it was, I said ?I didn?t want onions.? She she took the bag back and the cashier said to Other associate and I QUOTE ?see you bit***s feening.? I was so shock shewould say that in front of a customer and right after she grabbed her phone. She was on FaceTime and told the person she wouldcall them back. So I went to fill up my drink and once again as soon as I was done filling it my food was ready lol. Came in here real quick to grab something quick to eat and use bathroom.Service was quick, but what sucked was the bathroom. it... was on the 3rd floor and the door would not lock,so I accidently entered on someone by accident..single bathroom.They facilitydid look clean they had someone cleaning and looking around. It's not bad for timesquare since most public places don't havebathrooms available to the public. Read more
