Overly crowded. The bathroom code refused to work but the service and food is pretty great.

You couldn't make a burger as soft, greasy and mushy as this pitiful double cheeseburger I had. It was delicious.

This Mcdonald's located on 33rd & third Ave, not a large place and upon entering is very clean, well organized and has quick... service. The employees were very friendly. This is one of the few Mcdonald's I have experienced fast service and a greatcustomer service team???? Read more

TL;DR: Got severely burnt food. Rosie, the manager, did not apologize but first blamed the person who made the sandwich then... blamed the toaster itself. I got a refund and called the HQ to report. Someone called me back to apologize but the person whocreated this whole mess was never held accountable. I was served with an inedibly burned breakfast bun per the attached photo. When I brought over the burnt food, the lady at the counter unapologetically asked if I want another one. Feeling uneasy abouther lack of courtesy, I told her an apology is due before offering anything. Her simple response that fueled the escalation ofthis situation: "I did not make this". Ok, then my bad! I thought I'd play along with them for a bit and asked for the personwho made it. Yet another interesting response: "We can't control the toaster" Oh lord, bring me the person who made that darntoaster! Just kidding, but I ran out of patience of dealing with this clown who had no sense of accountability so I asked forthe manager this time. Surprise, surprise; I was talking to the manager this whole time. I'll admit that this did leave mespeechless for a second or two. Thinking that the best I can do from here is to report the situation to the headquarters, Irespectfully asked for her name as she did not wear a name tag. She responded with a question asking for my name. I told her myname and she finally gave up her name, Rosie. Eventually, I got a refund and I reported the situation. A nice lady called meback to apologize many times but I said while I appreciate the phone call it does not mean much to receive an apology from herbecause she did not do anything wrong. Rosie never apologized. Man, I obsessed a bit about this apology but feels bad to betreated poorly and getting not much out of it. A good lesson for me too. Thought I'd share. Read more
