The "adult happy meal" promo ended too early, but the staff are nice!
A really good and awesome place. 2 stories high? Thats just... I'm wordless. Awesome service! The 2nd floor is like a hotel.... Lots of tables, and the view is awesome. Only problem is that it takes a while for the cashier to take our oder, and serve ouroder. This place needs more employees, especially when there are many schools near this aera. McDonald's need to retrain their employees. Today I was greeted by Mikey who was extremely rude and sarcastic. She was... unnecessarily rude and disrespectful for no reason, or maybe job stress. But everyone is stressed. She not only yelled atmultiple customers for simple requests, she also has a horrible and nasty attitude. I get that sometimes it can get stressfuland if you need a breather step to the side. You are working for money, so don't treat this like some cheap volunteer service.You are getting paid to hand out drinks and take orders. It's a job, not a yard sale. So stop bossing people around. That's allI have to say for today. I was very upset with the interaction that we had. I hope she gets some disciplinary action towards herbehavior to customers including senior customers. Be nice. Today there was this employee Mikey. She had no patient and just rude af. When I asked her a question she just yelled no at me... and walked away while complaining and making a face at me. I was trying to be nice and I felt completely disrespected. I don'tcare if this is McDonald's or a five star restaurant an employee should have the basic training to at least listen to thecustomers request. Despite being a very busy location, this McDonald's is always clean, and the staff are courteous and helpful. I work around the... corner, so I come here few times a week, and they've never had a mistake on any orders, and food has been always fresh. Highlyrecommend! Read more
Not recommend it. It's different from other Mcdonald's. The shake was watery, not frozen at all and staff said it should be that... way. Ice tea felt as it was a full cup of sugar, tasted not like in other branches. Read more
This one was fine, the same as most McDonald's. The staff could have handled an extremely rude customer a bit better, but I... can't fault them too much since he was extremely disrespectful. My order was made quickly after I ordered at one of the kiosksin the front. Read more
The best Mcdonald in the area. Friendly staff,clean restrooms. A lot of tables to stay inside.
