This is literally the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. They are always forgetting something and if you ask for accommodations... for your food like extra sauce or no pickles they will ignore it and make it how ever they feel like. All I wanted this morningwas a steak egg and cheese bagel meal with extra bagel sauce and not only they not give me a hash brown but I got NO bagelsauce. McDonald?s isn?t cheep like it used to be so not getting what you ask for when your hungry and not made of money isupsetting to say the least. Read more
It 9:40pm, waited at the register for them to come and help me, saw the same guy looked at me wait for 3 times but never came to... the register. Then another person came handed out orders, I know they saw me because I was wearing a red sweater. Never was Ihelp. And the manager saw me too!!! The service appeared to be pretty slow here. I took a few people there on an early Sunday morning at about 3am. Although there... were a few other customers inside, I seemed to have been waiting for a really long time. I can't speak for the interior of therestaurant or the staff, as I didn't go inside. But my friends were pleased with the super hot food, so that's a plus. I didn'thear anyone complain, so I guess the food there is worth the wait! It's in Manhattan, so you're lucky if you find streetparking. But considering the time I was there, that wasn't an issue. Read more
Placing order and it asked # of table. No #'s happed to be displaced. Tried 3 x's. Finally hit 20. Order was ready fast.... The fries are always great. The crispy chicken sandwich sucked. It was hard to bit into. The chicken was so stiff. Neverorder that again. Read more

solid McDonalds location. pretty clean. brightly lit. modern layout with touchscreen order kiosks and a decent amount of... seating. i use the Mickey Ds app to order before i get to the location and my order is ready to pick up with no wait. never hada bad batch of fries or McNuggets at this location. staff are fast n efficient. Place seems pretty quick with orders but you HAVE TO USE THE KIOSK. For some people things can get complicated using the kiosk... and that makes the line longer than needed because no one is next to the machines to help the people. One lady had to eventuallymove to the actual register. Read more
