Area where you eat is clean so that's why it gets 2 stars! Bathroom not so much, a little dirty. Food, we spent $45 bucks on a... chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese (it was cold and disappointing with little flavor), the double bacon cheeseburger (thepatties looked like they came in a bulk pre made box and we had to add salt because lab of taste btw I didn't finish it), loadedfries which are very small, Oreo shake that was too melted and honestly Jack in the box Oreo shake taste way better and alemonade and soda. I left sooo unhappy with the taste of the food. The pictures so deceiving. And for that food the price wasridiculous. Oh and the staff wasn't anything special, just handed us the food and that's pretty much it. Read more
Loaded chicken tenders were excellent. I couldn't eat it all.
I switched to going to Melt Shop?s 8th Ave location, and I like it so much better than their Rockefeller Center one! It was more... relaxed, cleaner, and I felt the food was better overall. There was one small snag where they forgot to put the avocado on myavocado melt, but they made me a new sandwich quickly and let me keep the original one for free. I love Melt Shop?s avocadooptions for the summer, especially the crispy chicken sandwich. Read more
Went not knowing this was a chain. Left wishing there was one further west than Pennsylvania. In Manhattan for a vacation and... we've had 3 out of 4 lunches here. Definitely recommend the honey hot chicken. Read more

I did pick up and it was a great experience! We order on a touchscreen. Prices were fair the place is nice has some sit down.... The delivery area had heated shelves for the food which I thought was cool. Food was great would recommend the sticky Korean.Would recommend!! Read more
The food was good, but the fountain drinks weren't working because 'everything is low on them' so we were unable to have a drink... with our order. We also ordered our food to dine-in, but it was all packaged to go for some reason. The employees didn't seem asif they knew what they were doing. Read more
I wanted to say that first and foremost the staff in this place is great. The food is also pretty delicious if you like fried... chicken and grilled cheese. Burger... Not my favorite. But the staff is incredible. First off before I even placed my order at aself service kiosk, the woman working had the drinks ready and at the table. My kids didn't like the sauce on the burger andwhile the staff didn't really didn't have to, but did anyway, and went out of their way and replaced my kids' food. Read more
