At this point I’ve been to Mission Ceviche like 6 times— and there’s a reason for it. It’s one of my favorite... restaurants in all New York. The ambiance. The service. The drinks. And of course the food. Ceviche is beyond perfection.Amazing quality of fish and overall flavor. They take risks with their menu and it pays off. Always a fantastic experience!!! Read more

I had the most amazing time at Mission Ceviche. From walking into the restaurant all the way till we left, the service was top... tier and attentive. The food was beautifully presented with full flavors marinated well together to create a truly magnificenteating experience. The wait to make it here was worth it. And they brought out some drinks to help celebrate my 30th birthday.Couldn’t have asked for a better time! Read more

This was a fantastic culinary experience. We loved everything we ate here, especially the short rib. The mousse was delicious... and the ceviche roll was an excellent take on the traditional dish. The drinks were all exceptional. Highly recommend!! Read more

Their store sign is blocked by outdoor seating so it may be a little hard to find this place. Food was really good if you like... ceviche. A bit pricey. Spent $140-150 for two people no drinks. Ordered 3 items. Worth it. Good spot for date. Its clean insideand the food was very fresh. Their dishes are full of seafood. Very little “filler” of rice or others. Hard to find parkinghere. Also they have fancy straws Read more

Came here twice, once for brunch and once for dinner. Both times we did the tasting menu. Everything on the tasting menu is... absolutely amazing. The pisco drinks were really good. If I come back I would do the brunch again since it was much cheaper(~$65 vs ~$150) than the dinner and was only two courses less. Service was really good to. Read more

Food - 5 stars. Solid. Service- 2 stars, because: 1. We (party of 3) were placed by the (physically wider looking Latino guy who... seems to be supervisor of the waiters?) to sit at the bar while there were multiple empty tables in the main dining areainside. 2. The same guy placed customers who came after us to some of those empty tables. 3. I am Asian, I was the one thatasked for the table and despite that my party had 2 white people, we were placed at the bar facing a hot kitchen while tableswere available. While the white customers that came after us were placed got a table immediately, and we were only able to get atable after one of my white party members spoke with the manager or general manager of the restaurant 30 minutes later while thewider guy disappeared for that time. 4. They had 3 or 4 different waiter's serving us and it was a mix bag. The waitress we hadwas very attentive, a skinny male waiter was also nice too. The ones that later on took our orders were a little pushy and wasmaking faces when we weren't sure what to order and was taking a little time to do so. It was like they were offended that weweren't ordering an entree, yet. 5. We waited a very long time for our 2 entrees to come out. Long enough to make you wonder ifthe guy even placed the order at the first place while there was no communications in between. It seems like they could use abetter supervisor and improve their communications between staff overall, and maybe communicate better with their customersinstead of chit-chatting with each other and leaving us hanging for a prolonged period of time. We would come back for thefood, hands down. The Michelin star on that end is well deserved. The service though, was disappointing. Read more

Nice salmon tartare and salad from taste and presentation. The octopus and paella were a bit salty for me after the first two... dishes lifted my expectations so high. POOR service. We were seated outside (not the patio but some distance away fromeverybody). Had to wait long for anything. Bad experience for this price level. Make sure you sit inside to be seen. Billcalculation was dirty. My friend ordering a $17 drink ended up getting a $19 drink on the bill with $2 extra on making it“sour”. Plus be careful the price on menu was for CASH payments. They add a 3.5% to total if you pay by card. Read more
