Worse food place in the entire Penn station. The employees dont hardly speak English. Some of the employees are rude, the... prices are high. And the manager is also rude!. Its always dirty near the utensil area and sauces. Chips aren't given if thecustomer don't ask for them. They need more Americans working with better attitudes. Read more

I visited this specific Moe?s about two weeks ago and i will never go back there again. First of all, they were very rude, the... cashier lady had bad attitude for no reason, and they messed up my order on my previous visited. This time, after I got my steaktacos, I noticed something was off about the steak. I thought it was just too much salt. But then that same night, I felt verysick and wind up throwing up. I wasted my money on this place when I could have spent it on pizza. DO NOT GO THERE! Read more

New York City Penn Station, lower level was the worst MOE's experience I have ever had. Compare to contemporary suburb... locations, this is by the far the worst treatment by the staff, poorly assembled food, overcharge for every vegetable in theWrong Doug Wrap. The attitude by the staff was take it or leave it. The chips were stale and dry. The Sauces were bland, and theno seating area. This is one store corporate needs to remove from portfolio. Read more

Had been wanting to come here forever. Got lucky with a last minute reservation on a Friday night and finally got to try it. ... We had: - Cocktails (3/5) - decent, but not memorable - Seabass ceviche (3/5) - had a nice spicy kick - Duck breast (3/5) -flavorful and delicate - Scallops (5/5) - well-cooked and smothered in a rich sauce that was perfectly seasoned. Really, reallygood. - Carrot cake (4/5) Overall, the atmosphere and service were great, and the food was fine but doesn't stand out comparedto the other nicer restaurants in the Mission. It's possible we may have just ordered poorly (we saw others getting friedchicken and pork chops, both of which looked delicious), but at $140 pre-tip for 2 people, it may be a while before we come backto try other dishes. Awesome experience. Huge burrito, 3/4 full bag of chips, and when I asked for a side of queso, they gave me an entire cup right... out of the warmer instead of just scooping from the container that was already out. & I didn't even tell them it was mybirthday, just wholesome generosity there. Thanks Moe's! Read more

Absolutely THE WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I've been to other Moe's locations and have had great... experiences, but this place shouldn't even be allowed to bear the "Moe's" name. When I was getting my Super Kingpin quesadillamade, I asked for tomatoes and onions and after that the employee rudely told me that he can't put any more items on itotherwise they wouldn't be able to close it. I know that is not true because other Moe's locations have put plenty of vegetablesin my food. After asking for some lettuce, they raised their voices and repeated what they said before and then accused me ofbeing cheap and not wanting to pay for the extra vegetables. This is a totally unreasonable accusation because the Super Kingpinclearly states that it includes "Any of our fresh vegetables". This was incredibly insulting because it caused a scene in frontof all the customers, and when I tried telling them that they rudely replied "I don't even want to deal with you". In additionto that, they burnt my quesadilla; so badly it had to be on purpose. Instead of treating me like a paying customer, they treatedme like a beggar. I think it goes without saying that I will never step foot into this establishment again. Read more
