Was greeted with Welcome once i entered the super nice store. Manager of the spot helped me choose best combo for money and... combine burgers easy for the combo. They ask for your name and nicely deliver you food to table. Employee that helped me forsecond burger order (as first one was so delicious and juicy THE BEST QUESONARIO) as i looked for it suggested i go for theirsignature cheeseburger as 2nd one. They also have app to earn rewards, different combos and very nice and friendly staff,included TAJ that helped me for dinner time. Read more
God damn! Just literally finished smashing my on of their burgers? that?s what happens when you lose track of time in NYC I... guess, and you eat dinner at 11:30pm. I live in Australia, I live burgers and I?ve had a few in the week I have been in the USin various states. This is the clear winner so far- tasty Angus beef, cooked well, had the A-Wonderful, with a couple of extrasin it and didn?t disappoint. The $18.50 paid for a quantity double-Angus beef burger with a solid side of fries and a drink,only several blocks from Times Square- I thought was a very fair price. Good job! Read more

I honestly am so disappointed in this company. The burger was terrible,I could have saved 12$ or just went and cooked burgers... for the price of the burger. Staff has terrible customers service. The store looks nice . But if you actually allowed staff tospeak to customers then this store wouldn't sell these dry expensive burgers . Read more
One of the best burgers I had in while!!! You can build your own burger tons of options that's for sure, I don't eat mine with... a bun, I prefer lettuce instead and they had that (: The frise are freshly cut and fried on the spot. AND The staff were SO nicepatient and helpful. The ace is quite small and clean. Oh and one more thing the bathrooms were very clean in the 2 times I havebeen there!!!! I will definitely go back again when I have the craving for a burger!!! Read more
Fresh Burgers and shakes..there was options available for vegan burgers, which I loved. The place was clean and the service was... great and efficient. This place is great for getting a quick bite to eat. You can dine in or take it to go. The sweet potatofries here are everything! Read more
The quality is good, the portion of the size is gigantic, it's definitely for 2 person. However I wish they could make their... order machine clearer when it comes to the sauce. When they ask us " Do you want sauce?" I thought it was for sauce ln the sideand not inside the burger. But I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. Read more
