Food is OK. Mgmt there are very poor. I asked if I could get a small taste of a chicken dish for my 8 year old daughter as she's... a picky eater. Manager called Christina absolutely refused to accommodate this fairly easy request. Cited policy but when Iasked for lee-way for an 8 year old kid, I was told it was because of Covid. When I respectfully queried how Covid could be atissue, she couldnt back it up and just reverted back to "Its our policy" and wouldn't budge from that. I eventually just boughtit anyway.... my kid didn't like it. Total and avoidable waste. It doesn't take much to offer a little leeway to a parentmaking a small request. A little humanity goes a long way. We are under a lot of pressure already. I wasn't rude, my request waswell within bounds but her attitude was just really poor. It would have cost her literally nothing to accommodate this reallysmall request but she just dug her heels in and refused to budge, even for an 8 year old kid. I hope corporate are very happywith her for enforcing a stupid policy so absolutely strictly. Read more
There's nothing to hate about this place. The dining area and food preparation counter was clean. The presentation of the... entrees and side dishes was visually appealing and the service was quick and efficient. The Beef with Brocolli on top of FriedRice bowl was tasty and under $11. Read more
I used to be regular customer at PE. Today me and my friend got insulted by one of employees that started yelling in my face... just because my mask fell half inch below my nose. I did corrected my mask quickly and realized that same person has no mask.Situation escalated quickly where same employee started yelling and cursing in our direction (still without mask) and loosingcontrol over my advice that she should be wearing mask when in common area with customers. Manager did his best to controlsituation but damage was done already. Me and my friends won't be coming back to this establishment if same employee will keepserving food. Do not go here. Portions are absymal. They cram an entree and side together into one takeout instead of separating it into two... separate ones like other stores. I usually love this location, but look at this abysmal Orange Chicken "bowl" they tried to pass off to customers. I was appalled... and they basically told me, "Deal with it." I didn't open it until I got home and was even more disgusted to see so littleinside! I've had entrees and sides a la carte before and this should have been in 2 separate boxes, not this single box pepperedwith as little included as possible. Read more
I've tried this location twice and I've been pretty disappointed. The food does not have that much flavor and the portion for... the bowl is rather small for roughly nine dollars. The line moves a little slow a times considering it's supposed to be fastfood. I've enjoyed Panda Express in other cities, but not at this location. Read more
