Panera App stinks when it comes to execution... ordered my sick girlfriend soups, salad and sandwich... she is like bed ridden... with the flu. I ordered at 11:30am before the lunch rush. the tracking on the app is not working... it said it was made.called many times they said it was picked up. so the dasher must have took it... but the app had NO visibility to what wasgoing on. after calling 3 times, I got connected to the manager, he told me there is NOTHING for him to do, that I need to callDoor Dash. like what! it is not my problem there 3rd party partner cant do a simple delivery... and now i need to call to getmy money back. not ordering from Panera online again. Delicious broccoli and cheddar soup. Great bagels favourite ones plain, asiago cheese and everything. Toasted with cream cheese... and whipped butter. Very nice staff members and good atmosphere. Read more

They hire anyone nowadays. No matter what you order pick up, delivery? average wait time is 35 mins. They even can messed up if... you just getting a cup from their subscription. This particular person has such a nasty attitude towards customer, insultsbefore picking up a phone call. Such a garbage place. Read more

That is definitely one of the best meal I had in NYC, the choice is huge and I suggest to do the combo soup/macaroni and... sandwich, so you can taste more of their specialities. The service is wonderfully organized and everything works at its best!Highly recommend! Read more

The wait time was so long in the morning - waited for my toasted asiago bagel for 20 mins. They also forgot to give me bread... with my Fuji apple salad which I found out after leaving Panera. Read more

I visited New York from the UK four weeks ago. Me and my family went to this outlet for breakfast on Sunday 27 June and placed... an order on the stores online system using the tablet in place. The order was for $19.36 and I paid at the tablet by card. Mytelephone bank system showed the debited immediately. Around 2 minutes later my name was called, but instead of handing me thebreakfast the member of staff said there was a problem and they wouldn't be able to provide it. Apparently the whole system wasdone- which is odd because it took my payment! I told the assistant that I had already been charged and she spoke to hermanager and came back with the message that they would cancel the order and I would receive a refund. I actually re-visted theshop the next day as the refund hadn't appeared on my bank phone system whereas transactions normally show up immediately. Iwas promised (fobbed off) that it would go through but having left NYC the next day and now back in the UK some 3-4 weeks laterI am yet to receive it. I have contacted Panera bread head office and have been given the run around. I am putting a good dealof effort into trying to recover £19.36 but the principal is such that I am currently being ripped off. I did question whythey would let the tablets in store take orders and payments if they weren't going to be able to provide the goods and I got anunsatisfactory reply. Not great Panera Bread- get your act together and stop ripping off customers! Read more
