This was my 1st time eating Panera on the city. The staff here is very rude. There was a bit of a wait which I didn?t mind but... when it was time to get my food, they handed someone their food ahead of me. Then they handed me my food. One of the femaleworkers complained about how ?f?d up? the customers were in front of me. I feel like she was talking about me which confused mebecause this was my first time at this location. I think they tampered with my food because my throat felt funny after eatinghere. I wasn?t rude or anything to the staff, I ordered at the kiosk and waiting patiently for my order. Really good experience. Panera food is always fantastic, but this time service was quick and friendly, and when they didn't have... the cookies we'd ordered, they offered us a choice of any baked item at no extra charge which was a nice gesture. Plenty ofseating in a nice, quiet downstairs location. Read more

I like Panera's menu/food in general and their seating area and design. It's relaxing and comfy with all the sofa benches... available for customers either eating or waiting for thier order. The staff could be trained to be friendlier and the space canbe cleaner. So, for me, it's between a 3 and 4. If they would improve on the way they serve, it would be a 4 for sure. Wish theywould offer to warm up the pastries for takeouts too. Read more
Loved the variety but they usually runout of selection 30mins or earlier than their published time.
This was a lovely place. Although it?s a little on the pricy side, it had a nice feel. The food was given to us quickly and... there were lots of menu options and coffees to choose from. My only criticism would be that the receipts don?t have the codewhich is required to use the toilet (despite saying that it does). Apart from that, this place is great and I?d recommend it. Read more
Just ordered the Half Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and the Half Roasted Turkey Avocado Sandwich. I wasn't expecting it to... taste that good but it is great. Everything is fresh and light. Even though it tastes so good, I'm not able to finish the wholething. Would recommend this order if your looking for a fulling lunch that is light and flavorful. Read more
I come here twice a day. The staff does a good job considering how busy they get. The food is usually mediocre but I think thats... more of a national trend for Panera than a local issue. The drinks are great especially the new charged lemonade. The drink passis a great deal if you have a location near your house or workplace. Read more
