They have you waiting @ the counter without saying anything, like I'll be with you in a minute very unprofessional & slow as... hell. The guy that take your order over the phone ask you the same thing like 3 times which is annoying, he act like somethingis wrong with him, horrible!!! Read more
I ordered a 10" pepperoni pizza and Buffalo wings. They did not give me the wings. They did not pack 50% of a 2 item order. They... are incompetent, don't care about customer service and the employees probably steel the food ordered through Uber Eat becausethey know Uber will refund the money. It was the most disgusting, poor quality pizza I ever tasted. Like a cheap frozen pizza.The employees were disinterested and the manager was rude, he hung up twice on me. This store is located in a poor, blackneighborhood so they don't care about quality or customer service because they don't behave like this or serve disgusting foodin white neighborhoods. Read more
Pizza and veggies are always warm, fresh and tasty. Nicest manager and delivery person. Threw in extra sauce and seasoning... packet. Delivery about as long as expected. No complaints ???????? Read more
The team and manager is very rude. The do how they want with your food as if they are paying for you to eat the food. They kept... my money and never delivered my food. I tried to talk polite to get a resolution and was told no and hung up on. I hate howthese people behave when working in this country because their whole goal and mindset is to take and get what the want for theirown gain. Screw having customer service for the people. Update: another manager, i assume the GM, reached out and was apologetic and explained that once an order goes through, they... can?t issue partial refunds. He tried his best to rectify the situation and offered to remake the entire meal that night but iwas relocating so it didn?t work out. He was very nice and I appreciated the follow up! I placed an online order that includeda pie and 2 liter soda. This store did not have the soda I chose so the delivery man brought 3 options that I do not drink, so Ideclined and called the store to receive a refund. The store manager told me he could not refund me and that "bc I'm hiscustomer" on my next order it would be free - what? Pap John's got IOU's? I asked for a refund and he continued to say he couldnot issue a refund bc the order was complete. He said the delivery guy would come back with 3.30. Again, what? I did not paycash and 3.30 does not include the tax. I asked him to refund me again, twice and then he put me on hold, rudely. He did notreturn to the phone for what was 10 minutes. I hung up to call this customer service line but missed the normal business hours.Now I am writing this on hold and the phone rings and then goes back to the music repeatedly. I am pretty sure he is activelyavoiding my call. Also, as I am typing, the delivery man rung my bell again and tried handing me 3.30-makes no sense. Nowwhichever manager worked on Mon july 26th overnight has a bad review and complaint with corporate. Dumb. Read more
Disgusting place , While I was standing at the countertop the Delivery person , returned from off of his bike delivery and... began to remove food from the oven and pack it into boxes, he did not was his hands AT ALL when I question the reason he wastouching actual food I was told he used HAND SANITIZER, !?. ordered delivery for the 1st time from papa john's tonight. the pizza was fantastic, just as I customized it, and delivered... faster than expected. Driver was nice, and came to the door. Breadsticks are a pass. Read more
