I visited this facility on Saturday the 21st after ordering online...I ordered wings & the new spicy pepperoni rolls, they were... very good. On Sunday the 22nd I went into the facility & ordered 2 orders of the spicy pepperoni rolls...I didn't eat any untillater that evening & realized that they didn't have any pepperoni in them at all...i placed my order with a young lady that wasworking there at the time...she failed to put the pepperoni in them...I was the only individual in there, so she can't say itwas BZ. Ordered here twice?pizza was cold the second time and my order was incorrect both times. As well as the pizza box was partially... open the second time. The pizza is good, but no enforcement of the "masks required sign" and I've been there the last 20 Sundays and when you say... "thank you" after getting your order, you can't even get a simple" you're welcome " from the cashier. Read more
My small cheese pizza was awesome and the staff were super helpful and friendly?not sure of the other staff member?s name I... spoke with, but Pablo and he were both awesomely great! My only beef: and this is of course at no fault of the staff?thedifference between carry-out and delivery was from $6 to $18. Man, the staff were so nice and I do have a bit of an addictionto Papa John?s pizza, so I?m sure I?ll order again but only when I?m certain I can pick it up?the fees for delivery arecompletely outrageous. The last two times I ordered online with this store has been a disaster. The delivery man is irresponsible and did not try to... contact me to properly hand off the pizza to me. After the first time, the manager apologized and offered me deals. So I tried asecond time. The delivery guy calls me and hangs up. I'm assuming he's outside, but he's not there. When I call back he tells mehe gave the pizza to someone else and that the store gave him another address. He told me to call the store and it just sohappens the store closed. So I ended up with no food again and trying to figure out how to get a refund. Read more
