The only problem that they need to work on is the people that handle over the phone orders. They have people that treat people... with the care and respect that they would want if it were them making the order. THEN They have those who are so disrespectfulthat they end up having people canceling orders do to the lack/level of disrespect that is given. THEY KNOW FULL WELL THAT IFTHE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT THEY THEMSELVES WOULD NOT WANT THE SAME. Read more
The wait will be a few minutes as the workers get the pizzas made and fixed out but when they get to the front desk to take your... orders things go on smoothly from there. Occasionally i would ask to switch out a sauce for peppers instead and they do which isvery nice. Read more
During my years, I would go to this place because I used to have family that lived nearby so I would go and get takeout for... dinner. Since I had different types of pizza there, they were really good because it tasted nice and fresh right out of theoven. You even get a free jalapeno if you are into eating spicy stuff. Sometimes, they even had some good deals for a pizza andI would highly recommend you get it because it is really good. These are the goods on why Papa John's is worth going to. Howeverat Papa John's, if you have a sensitive stomache like I did, I would highly stay away from the buffalo chicken pizza becausewhen I ate a buffalo chicken pizza, I had food poising and had to rush to the bathroom four times because they chicken was tooraw and not cooked well enough and it was the most painful thing that I had ever experienced. If you order buffalo chicken pizzabut have a sensitive stomache, try to asking the staff to have the chicken removed from the pizza because the chicken maycontain raw meat which can cause you to have food poising. Additionally, when you walk into this place, sometimes it takes verylong until someone comes up to the register to take your order which can be annoying and frustrating that they see you butcontinue to mind their business. So if you are looking for some choices of pizzas to eat, you can create your own toppings andselect the size you want. My recommendation is to choose pepperoni and whatever topping you want to choose. These are all theexperiences that I had when I went to Papa John's to get takeout and eat their fresh pizza. It was worth it since the food I gotwas nice and fresh. Since my family moved, and none of my family live nearby anymore, I cannot come back since I live far butwould like to thank them for creating a welcome atmosphere when I came to place my order. Horrible experience !!!!. I got a rude call from the manager claiming the driver was calling me and couldn?t get in touch with... me so i wasnt getting my pizza then he hangs up on me!! There was someone outside the address the entire time so that wasimpossible . I called back to find out what was going on numerous times and no one answered . Randomly , an hour later after Ihad been getting no response calling back , someone knocks my door , guess who it is ? THE PIZZA ! The pizza looked like it wasthrown around a few times before it was delivered and I didn?t get my full side order . Pieces of chicken was missing . Anoverall horrible experience . Read more
I ordered a 2 pizza?s 4/18/20 and the tracking stated that the delivery was close. Have been waiting down stairs for over 15... minutes for the no contact delivery, called the store to speak with a manager and was on hold for even longer. Through thisdifficult time we?re all trying to be considerate, respectful and supportive of businesses but it?s going on 10pm and my familyand I have no delivery (Pizza) with the App still saying the delivery is in progress. Decent pizza at a good price. I did carry out and it was ready by the time I walked there. Always use the discounts online for... them. Two topping large pizza is about $19. Delivery is $2.99. The place itself looks clean and the staff nice enough. Hope thishelps! Read more
Pizza was good but service is terrible. The gentleman behind the counter didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I ordered... 4 individual slices to go and he decided to pile the pizza on top of each other. He was going to put it in a paper bag. I had torequest a box. He acted like he was doing me a favor.
