The Restaurant Week meal was great. The fried chicken was good, as were the mac and cheese, cornbread and peach empanada. I look... forward to going back upon returning to work at my office nearby. Do yourself a favor and GET THE BUCKET! I was not a grits person until I had theirs and now I'm in love. The coleslaw, ... cornbread and dirty mashed potatoes are * chefs kiss* so so so good! The best part of it all? The sweet and sassy vinegar. Itsomehow pulls it all together. It's tangy and spicy and pairs exceptionally well with the chicken. 10 out of 10 wouldrecommend. Fantastic fried chicken!! Crispy, juicy, and delicious. I love their sauces. Mac and cheese was creamy and hearty. Collard... greens were bright and refreshing. Ordered for restaurant week. The service over the phone was so welcoming and pleasant we knew immediately it was a good choice.... Everything we ordered was delicious and so yummy. Chicken tenders, fried chicken, pulled pork, mac and cheese (so creamy),brisket, hoppin john, cornbread and the peach & brown sugar empandas were all scrumptious. Would recommend and will be back. WOW, Authentic Southern hospitality in NYC! My experience at Peaches was amazing. Upon entering the beautiful establishment I... was greeted by Peach & her staff who took their time to explain the whole menu to me and offer samples of anything. I had thefried chicken combo w the mac n cheese and ordered monkeybread as well. The whole meal was incredible! The fried chicken and macn cheese truly embodies a southern comfort style. The monkeybread was also great! It was warm and fresh! As I was leaving therestaurant Peach was kind enough to gift me 2 different homemade dips - the warm crawfish dip and the pimento cheese spread. I?menjoying both as I write this review, thank you Peach! I plan on stopping by Peaches as often as I can for some AMAZINGsouthern style comfort food! Read more
Love this place!! The food is awesome and there Fried Chicken I need at least once a week!! I love ordering a bowl when im on... the go and I can eat it anywhere since they package it so nicely! They also have this really good dessert called the monkeybread and you definitely need that in your life!!
