I come to this location quite often and was never disappointed. But tbh the girl at the register is super rude & is always... sighing and talking in a rude manner when i ask her for something as simple as putting my card numbers in because all I had wasmy phone and unfortunately this location does not take Apple Pay. Next time I come I will ask for another worker to take myorder because I would simply not tolerate her attitude. Read more

Love pinkberry. The female long hair with glasses server was rude in regards to not having anymore fruity pebbles, one male... server offered me some that they pack for delivery which I gladly said yes. However the girl server helping me when I asked herfor 4 rolled her eyes and only provided me with one then when I asked her if she gave me 4 she blatantly lied. Their Mango Sorbet tasted like mangoes from India, exactly how I remembered it since my childhood. My girlfriend took their... banana bread yogurt with milk chocolate crunch and it tasted equally good. I underestimated their large sized cup and itturned out that I couldn't finish it at one go. I love Pinkberry, however this location?s staff is not up to par with customer service. There is either one staff to help... everyone while the line is out the door, or it will be about 4 of them that will look you dead in the face not greet you andtake their sweet time to come take your order.
