I was feeling like I needed some greesy fried chicken. I had the menu of 3 pieces of chicken tenders that come with fries.... Everything is already cooked and keep warmed so by the time I got home (10 min) it was already cold and soggy. To be fair theydidn't taste greesy or too oily, just that cookie they have which is pretty bad. They had no drinks available that day. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! the food is so horrible I will never ever order from here again. PEOPLE STAY AWAY from this PLACE. The... chicken was so old tasting and cold. Friendly and willing staff. Great service but dining area could sometimes use a good sweep.

Stop keeping mobile orders behind the counter. You do not have enough team members working at a time to hand out mobile orders... to customers. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to pick up a bag that I see sitting behind the counter the moment I walk in. You'vehad a tall shelf for mobile orders in front of the counter for six months, and you've never used it. Put mobile orders forpickup on that shelf and I will change my rating to five stars. Poor and unwelcoming service. The girl at the counter seemed to not want to be there and resentful. Took my order but didn't... offer any type of extras like sauces or butter, also didn't give me my cup until I reminded her and after I sat down I had togo back to ask for napkins. Slowest location not even "fast" food. They have Arabic or Hebrew employees/cashiers and they don't speak english well. Even... though they speak the same language they don't communicate to each other and forget items. They don't use the mobile order/3rdparty delivery shelf to make it harder for themselves.
