Placed an order on grubhub, did not receive a call about my order but instead, got an email saying they didn?t have 1 of my... items. They never have chocolate chip cookies. I go every other day or when I crave them, and they NEVER have them! When I went back... after 30 minutes, there were still no cookies. They are so good, but they need to get a grip and bake enough cookies. Read more
By order was incomplete , the salad that brought wasn't in my bag when I got home. Called today but no phone service.

This Pret location always looks the same as the pics I shared below. They never have half sandwiches or a full stock of any... sandwich for that matter. As you can see there is one of each of everything on the shelves leaving you with very minimaloptions. They are promoting the return of the Lobster roll but don?t have any today. What a surprise.. I never left a reviewbefore but this is ridiculous and makes the company look bad. I?ve eaten at many prey locations and have never experienced whatI do here on the upper East side. Supposed to be open at 7:30am but never opens on time. Surrounded by hospitals/healthcare workers you would think they'd like to... be open earlier or in a more timely fashion at best. Even after waiting until 7:30am to open, breakfast items are never ready to"grab-n-go". Sucks because the food isn't so bad, but the restaurant is highly unorganized and never has what it's supposed to. Read more
Great spot on upper East side. I tried falafel and tasted very delicious. They have good variety of food. Highly recommend it.
Ignore the opening hours, sometimes they just feel like standing inside well past opening time on their phones doing nothing.
