Pret is an absolute go to for balanced, grab and go meals throughout the day. Their espresso is fantastic, and the wraps/salads... are really well balanced. At this location, Jose is the MAN. The Chocolate Croissant melted in my mouth.
Will not recommend. I ordered an espresso and croissant to stay..... After I was served I was told I can't stay because of covid... 19 when the NYS mandate is very clear, Restaurants can accommodate dining clients at 25% of their dining facilities.... STUPIDCORPORATE ORDERS, STUPID, RUDE, LAW BREAKING STAFF..... Will not recommend. Read more
When its 9 AM in FIDI on a Monday its annoying to see the workers joking and playing around while people are waiting for there... coffee and food..There was about 5-6 workers just standing behind the counter joking around. There is absolutely no urgency inthis Pret location at all. To make matters worst when I finally got my coffee I went to the milk station to add milk to mycoffee and one of the workers (some guy with a mustache don't know his name) who was obviously annoyed and having a bad daytried moving me out of the way like I was a stray dog. If I wouldn't have moved he was pretty much pushing me out of the way.The food could be great here but the service sucks...train your workers better. Read more
I love the variety. It?s organic. So fresh. Just delicious. Been to several locations and as always the staff is so pleasant.... The bonus is the fact that food is not wasted but instead donated to those less fortunate. Good food. Good employees. Goodbusiness motto. The end. Read more
The one star was for the terrible customer service. Brittany was so rude. Especially that my husband and I were very polite to... her. She was so obnoxious and rude as I was trying to pay with my Pret app. She said "it doesn't work magically, I have to pressa button here". Never coming here again. Read more
10/24/2022 I went to return an item and the manager was super cool about the return. He gets four stars for his customer... service skills. The person I originally made my purchase with however gets one star for giving me a receipt with no ink onit. The wrapped food gets -0 . Items should not be sitting on the shelf that looks spoiled. *********** Pastreview Average. The supervisor with Sean Austin hair is an annoying at times. I think he has odc.
