i just want to say that i come here every day for my lunch break and the food is always fresh, the staff is amazing !!!!! The... manager randy is super helpful and polite and so is the rest of his staff.I can tell that they truly care about thisestablishment and they strive to do their best !! UPDATE. They have reopened this location! I went there today 10/6/21. And they are open again! My previous review highlighted... the empty space there. All dark. But this morning I went and was pleasantly surprised that they had finally reopened. The clerk(Destiny) told me that their hours are 6am to 7pm. She was really friendly and helpful to all of the customers. They were justsold out of their amazing almond croissants so I got s chocolate croissant, an egg and cheese brioche bun and a cheese sandwich.I really missed them. Glad to see they are back! I've heard a lot about this chain, esp in London. I've had it there and was surprised to see it in NYC. Stopped here with my... boyfriend on our weekend getaway. All of these places are pretty much the same. They?re all pretty good. This food is very fresh and the staff is nice. I love... their peppermint tea. I actually came in late at night on a cold evening to get one and it was the best. I warmed right up. Thisplace never fails. I recommend it for lunch or breakfast. The coffee is outstanding.
