Terrible customer service, the older spanish lady with brown hair and brown eyes has an attitude issue with customers. I will... never give them my business again. It was a Thursday afternoon shift. I was gathering my things and she said " Can you moveover" in a rude, loud, way. Like if I paid, let me move at a pace I want lady. Get real. The Spanish lady workers seems veryghetto here. As a coffee shop they do such a sloppy job with their coffee. It?s not even worth the unlimited monthly subscription. This is... what they gave me for oat cappuccino, just straight up oat milk with no shot in it. Poured into a clear cup to show the color.Such a waste of time getting coffee from here. Read more

I am being nice giving two stars. This place is ghetto for a Park Avenue location. The staff manager or supervisor was talking... about the clients in front of a client. It almost appeared as if she was disappointed on how many customers dined in due to thenice weather. Stating I don't know why there was so many people in here and where they was all gonna fit. I was offended by thatconsidering I work in the area. This one is solely to the girl at the checkout. I?m guessing you?re a morning shifter. First you can?t direct the traffic of... your line properly. Second, I really hope your day is inconvenienced the same way you did mine when you filled my hot coffee upto the nines and it spilled all over me and my phone as I walked back to my office. The Pret on 54th and Madison is my local shop. This a.m I went in to pick up a salmon/Quineoa salad with avocado. Now at lunch I... dig in and the Avo is hard. Not frozen hard, but not ripe. What bothers me is the prep person knew it wasn?t ripe as they cut itand put it in the salad anyway. I couldn?t get my fork in to it. Hugely disappointed. Read more
