Horrible customer service. MANAGER, this is unacceptable!! I am going to call the corporate office and report this. noT ok! An... older gentleman who doesn?t speak English, was asking for a copy of a receipt (but he kept on saying ?check? as he didn?t speakEnglish). The checkout young lady was too busy chatting on a side so she didn?t pay attention and kept on saying his utensilswere in the bag. I clarified to her, saying he just needs a receipt, annoyed she called another girl to find a copy of thereceipt. The other girl (had a scarf on) started asking him what he order (since he doesn?t speak the language, how can heanswer??), so I said, he doesn?t speak English he can?t answer you, just take a look yourself. To which she said ?am I talkingto you?. How obnoxious! Manager get your team properly trained! We should talk to customers in a respectful way. Very upsetting. Read more
It?s impossible to get a chicken sandwich or wrap WITHOUT mayo at Pret a Manger. Otherwise, their food is ok

I have a Pret a Manger monthly membership. This makes my coffee experience very easy! I love to pick up an Americano right after... the gym. So many convenient locations but I'm partial to 3rd btwn 53rd &54th. Read more
This is one of the worst Pret's in the city. They close early every single day-- like, 3:30pm early-- and sometimes close for a... whole day without any notice or signs on the door. They don't allow indoor seating even with proof of vax. There's never anyvariety of food, pastries, or soup, and they give you insane attitude if you ask about certain items. It's a shame becausethey're so centrally located in the neighborhood, but save your time, money, and energy and go to literally any other place. Read more
I used to love this place but now the selection of pastry is so limited! Bring back pain aux raisins! They run out of salads... (and most pastry) by 9:30 am! But the main reason for a review is this one lady working there who is extremely rude and isalways acting like she hates her job and is doing you a favor. She is not wearing gloves and why is staff not wearing nametags?? Please, fix this! Read more
Great assortment of vegan items - the squash bisque is fantastic! The quality of coffee drinks are awesome & affordable! Staff... is understanding & very accommodating. Definitely a place to check out if you're on the go or if you're looking for a goodlunch spot. Read more
Came by for a half a sandwich and small soup special not only there were no half a baguette options except one type available... but my customer experience went really south. I had to wait 15 minutes for the kitchen to prepare more options. Then theycharged me 18.49 for the special. I only realized that I was overcharged when I was eating my lunch there. I went over to askfor the money back there was no apology whatsoever . ?This is automatic ? their explanation. Not only my soup got cold whilethere were fixing the overcharge but completely ruined my whole experience there. Next time think of your customers and apologyand offer something for the mistake.
