Fresh options, you serve yourself then pay but seating available. 1st ate at one of these in Boston over 20 years... ago....reliable for good coffee as well. Walked from Times Square to the 9-11 Memorial and had our lunch break 70 percent of theway down. Staff always checked the shelves to make sure things were full. A++ Read more
The almond croissant I bought from here was way under baked. The outside was crunchy but the inside was literally all uncooked... dough. Had to throw it out because it wasn't a croissant I was eating, it was a half baked fantasy of one. I have gotten oatmealand croissants from here before and they have been good until so far. I may not visit this place again. Sad that there is nowone less breakfast place in midtown. Read more
The is okay, that is clean and popular with a lot of people inside. So, stuff is a little bit overworked here and you can feel... it with their service. Overall I liked it. My coffee was okay, but I could feel that it was burnt, but oat milk helped to makeit not so bad. Read more
This place is only in business due to its location. However, the people operating the location have no idea what they are doing.... I am constantly ordering my drink ahead of time to save time and that still doesn?t help. If they are out of a certain type ofmilk and you order ahead, you will get nothing until you ask for help. I?ve waited up an additional 20 minutes for a coffee Iordered 30 minutes in advance. There is a need for better management and communication for this location. One of the worst coffee/sandwich shops I have ever been. The other staff are fine, but there is a special one that is extremely... rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She makes wrong coffees and yells at the customers. However, I can stand all thesemisbehaving considering the $30 subscription is a decent deal. But today, she did one thing that disappointed me so much. Sheintentionally lied about the Pret subscription policy, and I can?t stand her deception. She represents Pret the company when sheis working. The black sheep is hurting Pret?s brand image, and I can?t believe the company is not taking any actions. Read more
