At this price point I’d expect the uni to be a lot fresher - it was a bit bitter and fishy so you don’t get that subtle... sweetness as expected. Wagyu beef sando was really good but overpriced for sure. Cocktails were good tho. Read more

Everything we ordered was really good. The wagyu beef sandwich probably was one of my favorites. The beef was juicy and tender... that melts in your mouth, and the sandwich on the outside was thin and crispy. The uni mazemen is a must try. The noodle wasbouncy and creamy, and filled with uni flavor…so umamiiii Read more

Great Japanese fusion restaurant with reasonable price. ( a bit pricey but the ingredient is also good) The uni mazamen is a... really good dish. The portion is pretty big and definitely enough for one person for a main dish, even for sharing. The unisauce is really good and savory, I would recommend it a lot. The fried chicken is pretty good, and the portion is really big asa share plate. The egg on egg on egg is really savory. The caviar and uni on top of warm egg is really good. The beef tartareis great, and the spicy miso sauce is really a highlight of the dish. The beef itself is good but not as surprising as otherdishes though. Overall, this is a wonderful Japanese fusion restaurant but a bit expensive, but you will not regret the moneyyou spent on the cuisine here! Read more

I was really excited to try this restaurant and after eating there I can confidently say it did not disappoint. I came here... primarily for the wagyu sliders, and while the meat was delicious and perfectly cooked I wasn’t a big fan of the bread theyuse to make the sliders which had a stale bread/cracker texture so I just ended up eating the meat by itself. The Egg on Egg onEgg was mind blowing and is one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. The dish perfectly balanced the flavors and textures ofthe sea urchin, caviar, and scrambled egg into one cohesive and absolutely delicious final product. I can’t wait to come backand try more items from the menu, and of course reorder the Egg on Egg on Egg. Read more

Nice fusion Japanese food - New York trendy Food - some top options served. My favorite was the waygu served in toast. You have... to savor each bite. Atmosphere - smaller restaurant ( typical of new York) intimate setting with the dark decor. Cost - in linewith New York dining. Pricey, but what do you expect. I had to get french fries next door after because I was stillhungry. Service - service was good. Read more
