I used to like Salvo's more. Not sure what changed over the years and the pandemic definitely impacted it but I feel that the... food, although still good, it is not what it used to be. The decor has also gone down. I still recommend the pizza but it wouldnot be the first sit down option for me in the neighborhood Read more

Don't waste your time with this spot. Plenty of better options around the neighborhood. 2/10 experience. Pizza was so so. Pasta... was almost inedible. Staff communication was awful. I Waited 45 min for a small pizza while my pasta was getting cold. Gothampizza and Italian Village are both better local options and won't make you wait 45 minutes. Get your operation together please. Read more

Order online didn't go through but they quickly put it together and threw in some free drinks. Pizza was very good! Definitely... would recommend and get it again. Caesar salad, meatballs - both good as well Read more

This pizza place is very accommodating. If you want to take out they carefully package your pizza. They have a special, up to... 3:00pm; 2 slices and a soda. They also have a wide variety of pizza toppings (per slice) ready to go. The employees arefriendly and go out of their way without complaint or rudeness no matter what you ask for. And most of all the pizza is good. Ihighly recommend. Read more

They didn't process my pickup order. When I arrived they 'looked' for it. Told me to wait 10 minutes, but it took 40 minutes... more(!) to be ready. Zero care. No apologies. This Pizza was NOT worth the 60+ minutes total wait from when I ordered it. Verylittle cheese and very little sauce. (See the picture). They used to be better. They are a big disappointment in allaspects. Such a disgrace. Read more

SALVO?S PIZZARIA IS MY FAVORITE PIZZARIA IN THE UES!!!Not only do they serve fantastic pizza, they also serve other delicious... Italian dishes such as soup and pasta. One thing for sure, you should not walk out without trying their cannoli, one of the bestin the city and definitely the best I ever had in the UES. To top it off, everyone is super friendly. You will definitely getyour Italian vibe fix here. I moved to Brooklyn and unfortunately can?t come as often as I wish, but if you can, enjoy for metoo. Their food is worth every bite. Read more

Plain slice ???? $3 - good amount of cheese and sauce, foldable but slightly soft crust. No crunch, I wouldn't say doughy but... slight hint of tasting like a soft baked bread. Pepperoni slice ???? $4 - the same as a plain slice with the saltiness comingout in the pepperoni. Sausage slice ???? $4 - this tasted the Best out of three, good crunch in the crust. Folding the slice hada crack on the top with the front flopping over as the ingredients were too heavy. Felt it had more tomato sauce as well. Paidwith ???? card, good outdoor seating. Read more
