I ate pizza, the truth is that the pizza was good and at an acceptable price. The attention of the gentleman who gave it to me... was very kind, I can't say the same about the person at the checkout. She was like annoyed or fed up with people askingquestions. There are a lot of tourists, many speak little or no English and she was a bit rude to several foreign people tryingto order. I know that working with an audience that "you don't understand" can be tiring, but it's your job, try to do your bestor change to a venue where you don't have to deal with this and be happier. Best Sabarro Pizza I ever had in NY. Pizza is very fresh. Pizza bread is soft inside and crunch outside. Good job.
As soon as we walked in we were harassed by an employee telling us we needed to have a receipt to use the bathroom, as though we... couldn?t read the sign on the door. I was also asked to order at another location from where my partner had just ordered, sonot sure what the deal with that was. Another employee took the men?s room key away from me whilst I was waiting for my partnerto finish up in the women?s room; I was watching over our food to avoid it being left unattended. And was called a liar by thesame employee after being asked if I closed the bathroom door (which I did, just didn?t lock it, which was not asked of me). Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting on top of it. Pizza there isn?t even worth the $6.50 they want per slice. Hire betteremployees. Read more
Avoid Sbarro $5.43 slice of pizza. 2 bro's has better pizza for $1.00 and taste the same.
Really bad service, the manager and the personal were VERY rude and not professional at all. The pizzas flavors were not... labelled so it was very difficult to decide without having the proper info. Also the pizza quality was not good at all, didn'tfeel fresh. Very disappointed for this famous brand. Please don't waste your money on this place. I wish I could have my moneyback. Read more
I have to say if you're looking for NYC style pizza you can't go wrong here. Stopped in with my family for a quick slice and it... was perfect. Expectations are always low on pizza, but I gotta say I really enjoyed my chicken ranch slice. Service people wereawesome too. Read more

I have seen Sbarro pizzerias in other countries with better quality in service and cleanliness, regarding that this shop was a... little bit of a disappointment. I might say this one is an average New York pizzeria with various types of pizzas. Price for apiece starts from ~6 dollars for the time being. I would suggest checking other pizzerias as well. You can find crazy number ofplaces to have your pizza at Manhattan. Read more
