The mushroom burger is always a crowd pleaser with me. Their berry lemonade was really, really good too. The pumpkin shake was... just okay, it was good, but I think I was expecting more of a pumpkin pie flavor than vanilla with a hint of pumpkin. Thecashier was super friendly, good service. There was a slight change in locations, which is below the Highline Park. The dining area is inside and out with 180 degree... view. The food is fresh and delicious. Tipping doesn't get your tray carried to your table. However, it was a peaceful lunch. Ican't wait to return. Read more

The crew, except maybe 3 of them, were lost. And it wasn't packed or something like that -They just didn't care. I'm a tourist,... a visitor -What about if I don't speak English? And yet they assumed I should've asked for a simple chocolate shake after 18minutes waiting. I love Shake Shack but this location is to avoid (although it is in a great site, The High Line). Store is located directly at the famous Highline. Went there after a walk. Store was clean, had a little waiting time to get my... order but that was alright because burger and fries tasted real good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Defintly worth a stop whenhungry. Read more
