Came here right after they opened so there was plenty of seating available and everything was still clean. Food took a while to... be prepared but was as delicious as I expect from Shake Shack. The really cool thing about this place is the ordering , and getting a text message when the order is ready, unbeatable fries... and chocolate milkshake is to die for.. thick smooth and frozen.. so delicious. Closes at 11pm so enough time to get late nightsnack and they also deliver as well. Service could need a lil sprucing up but i guess they are super busy so expect a bit of await time Read more
I was very pleased with my meal here! I got the Smoke Shack burger and thought it was delicious. The bacon was a bit thin for my... liking, but everything else about the burger was on point. The red peppers added the right amount of spice. The patty was handmolded and had great flavor. The cheese and shack sauce rounded out the flavor, all on a dense bun. Excellent burger! Had a terrible experience here tonight, first we waited for 45 minutes for 2 shakes and fries. Then they refused to give the... order to the person I was with because it was under my name and they didnt belive him it was his order even after he showed thereceipt on his phone. After we finally got our order both shakes were melted and fries were cold and hard as rocks. And thatwasnt all! We ordered 2 chocolate shakes and as you can see on the photo we got 1 vanila shake and 1 chocolate shake. I didn'twant to return it and ask for the right order as we have already waited for 45 min and had to leave. Terrible experience so sad,as we used to love buying at shake shack. -Edit. Great food which is worth the pricing. The staff seem fine, the inside is pretty nice and kept clean. The bathrooms are much... cleaner compared to a different Shake Shack that I've been to. The service is pretty quick when there isn't a big line in frontof you. Love the cheese fries. Shake burger was juicy as always. Read more
Visited this location with some friends shortly after it opened. We waited something like 40+ minutes to get the last of our... order, which they kept assuring us was being made. Turned out they just forgot to make it?or I assume, at least, since weweren't given any explanations. By that point, we may as well have gone to a proper sit-down restaurant. Compared to the MidtownEast location which is pretty cozy, this Shake Shack is a lot colder (literally, the AC was blasting) and industrial. I don'tlike the vibe or the service much. Read more
