We were there at around 3pm on a Saturday. There were 4 staff members had their uncovered mouths over our food, especially my... burger. I?m not talking about just looking, I?m talking about open mouth, breathing over my food. They didn?t give me thecorrect ingredients on my burger I paid for AND 3 out of 6 employees had attitudes the entire time including one handling myfood. The cook was excellent, quick and proficient at the grill! The gentleman handing out the bags was kind. Also it?s not okto have an attitude and be nasty over what people order, ?who orders this?? SO GREASY!! Smash burger, this is the first time at a smash burger and I have to say I'm a little disappointed. The food was... delicious though, so I can't say I am fully done with this place. I got the spicy chicken tenders when I went, chicken at asmash burger I know, and they were really good. They made them fresh and they were pipin' hot. The smash sauce I got with themwas slightly too heavy on the mayo flavor for my taste and didn't meld with the tenders as much as I would have liked. Mycompanions treated themselves to a smashburger and they were very satisfied. The main complaint I had was all of the food wasdripping I mean absolutely sloshed in grease. I give this review with sadness because the Colorado burger was delicious. The chocolate shake wasn?t worth the six dollars.... They give you the chocolate shake in the very beginning when it?s busy so by the time you get your meal it?s just chocolatemilk. Now here is where my complain is, I ordered the burger with no Mayo and two additional items raw onions n pickles. That isa staple for me never mayonnaise and always raw onions n pickles. First time It came out with Mayo. Returned it and the secondtime it came out with no Mayo n no raw onions n no pickles. How hard is this to do. I?ve spent an hour waiting for this meal. I must say this is the first time ever having smashburger and it was amazing. The burger was cooked well and the fries tasted... great. I will definitely be coming back. Way better than shake shack. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I will say isthat the fries weren't that hot. They were kind of lukewarm. Other than that everything else was great. Read more
