Just WOW burgers - I already came back twice to eat there.
The burgers are good I just wish it wasn?t so small but the burger was good. I gave three stars bc staff cooking the burger did... not have on a hair net . they were under staff so the wait was extremely long where ppl was walking out. I placed an order online and I got their Double Bacon Smash. You can customize the burger to your liking when ordering through... their site. My burger was juicy and great when dipped in what they call ?Chicken Mayo?, which I got on the side. I also gotHaystack Onion Rings. They were light and crispy. I want to start off by saying this is my very first time eating from this burger restaurant. I have heard great things about... Smash Burger and good the food was here. during this Pandemic, I went ahead and ordered from here with my co-worker. (He alsonever ate here before.) I ordered through Uber eats app My co-worker ordered a Spicy Baja Turkey Double with XT Pepper jackcheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon on a Brioche Bun with a Large Sweet Potato Fries. I ordered a Bacon Turkey Double on a GlutenFree Bun with a Large Smash Fries. All of this cost me 39.95 not including Ubers deliver fees, services and tip. I had notissues with Uber and there fast service they provided from this restaurant. However the food in my personal experience was not4.3 stars as rated on Google. I had 2 issues with my order. My 1st issue was they added cheese to my order when I pick theturkey burger without cheese on it. (What if I wasn't lactose intolerant?) I wouldn't be able to eat my meal at all and probablyhave to jump through hoops to either get a new order or try for a refund. However i ate the Turkey burger and it wasn't anythingspecial about it, Average or par at best. For my 2nd issue, I was given old, cold and stale french fries in a "large carton"that was half full for the premium cost of $4.59. (photos will be provided.) As for my co-worker, he expressed similar feelingabout the food quality and how mediocre his Turkey burger was. He also had similar issues with his Sweet Potato Fries. "LargeCarton half full and old, cold and stale. Overall, this is not the experience I was expecting from a burger restaurant that hasbeen praised to be 1 of the best spots to eat from. I am highly disappointed and completely turned off. I usually buy my burgersand fries from 5 Guys. That's including with a quarter off the cost I spend there at 5 guys and could get better food made toorder. I recommend finding alternative burger spots. This is not worth it. Read more
