Good coffee for the morning rush, though there were lots of employees, nobody at the register plus they were so very slow ... service and worst of all is that they saw all of us in line and they didn't care. and this seems to happen often at somestarbucks locations. Gross. Another person took my drink and walked away. Realized their mistake and brought it back. Barista with name tag Jay... then casually called my name and gave it to me without any question whether the other person had taken a drink. Only when askedabout that did she say she would make another. Read more
This is my all time favorite Starbucks to go to nearby where I live. I come here often and the baristas are all super super nice... and friendly and talkative. They know me by name and as long as your respectful to them their nice and friendly and respectfulto you. Read more
I order a beverage and had a estimated pick up of 4pm, upon arrival, the place was empty for service. The wait for my order... after inquiring and waiting took 20 mins. Disgusted with the unprofessional behavior the staff displayed. I won?t be spend notone dime on this location. ?Hood finest Starbuck? location. The worst wait time here. Im also pregnant I asked to use the restroom and they said no. If I could give this starbucks zero... stars I would! The wait is long and the workers are rude!!! Save yourself the trouble and walk to another starbucks!! Read more
Worker in the hat at the end of the counter took my order of a simple large black hot coffee then walked away. So he assumed the... two other workers who were busy making specialty drinks that where ordered would make it. And so did I, as I walked to the endof the counter to wait. No drink came. After almost ten minutes I asked about my coffee. They had no idea I ordered. As theperson in the hat did not relay the information. If your in a rush, skip this location. Read more
Unfortunately, the female employees at this store get irritated and frustrated very quickly. If you order via mobile order it's... fine because you don't really interact, but if you ask the ladies a question or for some clarification they get extremelydefensive with a lot of attitude and then get dismissive with the customer. It's a bit much to have to deal with all of that ata Starbucks. The only good communication there is when anyone walks in they all greet the person out loud. I'm sure they arenice people, if someone just lets them know that it's ok for a customer to ask for clarification or a question, and that theyshould not get defensive and take it personally. I've seen it happen over and over to others too. But if you go down the streetto the Starbucks on 118th and Frederick Douglass, they are all so nice and their communication is on point! Matter of fact I'venow started seeing many customers from this store at the 118th store and they share the same concern. I doubt anything willchange at the store because their sales are high due to them being right besdie the subway station. So it's convenient forpeople to order, and most orders do seem to be mobile ones. Read more
