I?ve been a loyal Starbucks client for several years not only in this country but everywhere I travel and this is so far the... worst branch I?ve visited. I had gone before and they literally took ridiculously 20 mins to warm up my loaf, when I told kindlythe girl I was in a hurry she said rudely I had to wait. No choice. I just visited again (big mistake) waiting forever for mydrink till I found out the drink was on the counter and they never told me.. plus they had to remake it because it wasn?t how Iwant it.. the stuff seems like they don?t want to work or they just don?t care about delivering a good customer services..Starbucks!! I ordered a mocha. It was okay. The location is great, right across the Battery Park. However, a place sells drinks does not let... the customers use the restroom, what other reasons do you need to give a one star? The absolute worst place to buy coffee in all of Manhattan. Only go there if you are a tourist and don't know any better.
