Customer service nightmare its like no ones paying attention while seeming real busy. I brought coffee of course ???? getting... half n half and then sugar took another twenty years. What good is good coffee if you ain't got enough sugar and milk the tastewas horrendous Bathrooms closed and Homeless guy stationed in the store sitting down with a empty cup not from SB in his hand.Patrons staying away from that section i guess being cautious. Great place, great vibes. Loved the music, all the people were pleasant and courteous. The food was warm. The wait was about... 5-7mins, but the place was packed so that was actually really good. This is the kind of SB I would walk out of my way topatronize; much better than the one on Chambers and Broadway. I will make it a point to go here whenever I'm in Tribeca. Read more
The workers in at this location make pretty good coffee but my only issue is the scheduling is ALL OVER THE PLACE! There are... days when they do not open until 7:00am or even 7:15am (They are supposed to open at 6:30am) and they sometimes close as earlyas 3 or 4pm (I think they are supposed to close at 6pm). Oh and they are ALMOST NEVER OPEN on Sundays. Count your blessings ifyou see them open on a Sunday. The staff seems very nice (except for one guy he kind of has an attitude every once in a while.It is hit or miss with him) and they one of the best playlist out of any starbucks. It's a small Starbucks shop located across the Superior Court in NYC (60 centre street) and near 2 more courts nearby so it gets... rather packed. The wait time for drink can be extra but they make the drinks right. Read more
Bought a travel mug and asked the cashier for a bag and he was rude and telling me to hold on because he is helping the customer... behind me when he actually did not finish helping me!!! Needs an attitude check Read more
This is as good as any Starbucks, the staff are great and service is pretty quick even when it's busy. Coffee is as good as any... other Starbucks. My only issue is that they close early. They once locked their doors before 3pm, I think they ran out ofcoffee. But they close at 6pm, it's annoying because I work in the the area late some days and need a caffeine boost. First I asked for dark roast and the barista said they didn?t have it, when there was a carafe of Italian roast right behind... him. Asked for half?n half with my coffee and the same guy instructed another staff member to pour milk instead (as he had anopen jug of milk in hand) and then had the audacity to lie when I confronted him about it. When people who absolutely have noother choices but to get overpriced coffee from this establishment (it was the only cafe around within walking distance), theyshould at least get what they were paying for.
