I came to this store and was greeted enthusiastically by Nakita, Shaniya, and Cupid. It's not often you see passionate,... dedicated, and committed people, but these three ladies represent excellent customer service. Wish my experience was more pleasant with one of the staff members there. Unfortunately very rude customer service. She was very... frustrated as I couldn?t hear her with the loud music and got my order with no name. Waiting for long minutes, she finally askedwhat I had ordered and told there was no more item. I had an excellent experience at this burista.
They provide quick service but all the prices have increased which makes it not worth it anymore. They were already expensive... before but the new price increases doesn't make sense anymore. Read more
I was in today to make a purchase and because I had a $50 bill and my order was only $9.20 vs $10 they would not accept my cash.... I left without purchasing last time I checked all cash should be acceptable considering no signs were even posted. Poorcustomer service seems to be there motto because they are Starbucks. I am done with this franchise this city has many coffeeshops with better coffee for reasonable prices. Read more
Wish I could give negative stars. Hands down the worst Starbucks in the chain. You will wait awhile for your drink and the staff... is not polite. Asked for a refund and the manager was very rude about returning MY MONEY for a service that was awful. Vowednever to return to this place, which is sad bc its in a prime location. Wasn't going to say anything till my supervisor went andexperienced the exact same thing. Thus this lengthy reason why to walk 2 blocks to the next Starbucks or one block to theDunkin'. Manager and staff need to be replaced... I'm not the only one who feels that way apparently. Read more
Go here during lunch hours to experience what friendly service is supposed to look like! Staff is courteous, engaging, and... efficient. They will put a smile on your face. The premises itself is also very clean and organized. Read more
