Moved to NYC 2 weeks ago and have only had local coffee which I haven?t been a fan of. Typically I drink 2-3 cups of coffee per... day and typically a breakfast sandwich. Today I finally found a Starbucks and while the people were friendly and the coffeegreat the layer of customer service they failed in was in my breakfast sandwich. I was handed a smashed double bacon sandwichthat was uneven and from the way the young man was holding it i see why it was smashed. What a mess. Ordered a coffee, waited for 25 minutes. Asked two times what?s wrong, several people overtook. Store manager (?)... was not willed to discuss, booked the money back. Money did not come yet (24h later). Just one of 4 bathrooms open, completelywasted. Was not possible to use. 4-5 service people and not very many customers (constantly about 12-15 in the store). I usually get a really delicious matcha from this place however my last experience was truly disappointing. My matcha was very... bland and tasted like hot milk, it was not made by the same people who usually do so I assumed the barista was new and intraining.
